I was nervous about buying a third-party cluster, but this exceeded expectations. Installation was genuinely plug-and-play: removed the old screen, connected the new one, and tucked the adapter behind the dash. No coding, no warning lights. The 12.3” display is crisp, and wireless CarPlay connects to my iPhone before I back out of the driveway. The Sport mode UI looks aggressive and matches the AMG line interior. Also, the auto-brightness works seamlessly with the original Mercedes light sensor. Two months in, zero glitches. Highly recommend for any W205 owner.
Easy install — 40 minutes with basic trim tools. The driving modes (Classic, Sport, Off-road) change the UI color and layout. Body angle and tilt indicators are surprisingly useful for parking. Retains original fuel range and tire pressure displays. No glitches after 3 months. Highly recommend for anyone tired of the tiny stock screen
2016 C300 (W205) with NTG 5.0. The original small screen always felt dated. This 12.3” cluster fits perfectly and looks OEM+. Installation was truly plug-and-play — no coding. Wireless CarPlay connects within 10 seconds. Love that steering wheel controls still work for volume and track skipping. Oil pressure and coolant temp are now visible. Best upgrade under $500
Installed this on my 2019 C-Class and it completely changed the interior feel. The screen looks clean, smooth, and very close to OEM quality. CarPlay works great and the steering wheel controls still function perfectly. Installation took some patience, but overall definitely worth the upgrade.
During the initial installation, I encountered an error; I had completely removed the vehicle's original motherboard. It wasn't until I consulted the support team that I learned the original motherboard actually needed to be retained, and that certain connectors also needed to be swapped. I finally managed to resolve the issue!
