Installation is very simple!

I purchased this based on a friend's recommendation. I encountered a minor issue during the initial installation—specifically, I wasn't sure how to connect the AUX cable—but with guidance from the customer support team, I finally completed the setup, and the audio is now playing normally.

My radio features a screen; initially, I was told that the sound quality would suffer as a result. However, after installation and testing, the audio quality turned out to be essentially indistinguishable from before. I find this perfectly acceptable.

Works without any issue, and sound is also good, my powerpin (yellow) on the car side was 1 higher then the unit so watch for that and is also easy to switch on the unit side so you get power to the unit

Installed this on my 2019 C-Class and it completely changed the interior feel. The screen looks clean, smooth, and very close to OEM quality. CarPlay works great and the steering wheel controls still function perfectly. Installation took some patience, but overall definitely worth the upgrade.

I bought this dashboard unit last week; it arrived quickly, and I installed it myself. Since I have some prior installation experience, it wasn't particularly difficult for me—I had it fully installed in just over an hour. The connection was quick and seamless, and I can control the unit using the buttons on my steering wheel without any noticeable lag. There are also plenty of themes to choose from. All in all, I really like it.
