Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Note: For high-risk orders, we may conduct a verification process before shipping. We reserve the right to cancel the order if necessary.

Shipping Locations
We primarily serve Europe and North America. Our main fulfillment centers are located in Europe, the United States, and China. Orders will be dispatched from the nearest available warehouse based on stock availability.

If shipping from China, we use 4PX as the default carrier, covering a wide range of areas.
For expedited shipping, we offer services through DHL, UPS, or FedEx, ideal for customers who require faster delivery.

For shipments from Europe or the United States, we generally use Amazon Logistics or local appropriate logistics companies.

Shipping Fee
We offer free shipping on orders over USD $100.
(Exceptions may apply in specific countries due to updated customs policies, such as the United States.)

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment status through the provided link. If you do not receive the email, you can directly track the shipment through the tracking number in your order.

Customs & Import Taxes
In most cases, customers will not need to handle customs clearance. However, in certain cases (such as changes in U.S. customs policies), buyers will be responsible for applicable customs and import taxes. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
